“Women’s Leadership”

This is ongoing project whose ultimate goal is the adoption of systematic measures to increase the number of women in decision-making positions in management and supervisory bodies in companies, so women will become an important factor in the Macedonian economy.

Thus, the gender balance in decision-making in corporate boards (“Mixed management teams’’) will contribute not only for social justice but also for the competitiveness of the companies.

The project is divided on 4 levels:

  1. Strengthening the economic capacity of women by organizing debates with different content that will encourage women to take decisive features!
  2. Create a database for women in business!
  3. Business Forum of Women Leaders!
  4. Initiative to the Government for creating systematic measures which will increase the participation of women in management and supervisory bodies in the companies!
